What do I need to do during a healing?
Find a comfortable, quiet place where you can sit or lie down and relax during the session.
What can I expect to feel?
Healing experiences vary. You might feel tingling, warmth, emotional responses like tears or laughter, yawning, coughing, or even fall asleep. Some may notice no sensations, which is also normal.
What if I don’t feel anything?
There is no correlation between being able to feel the energy and results. Group sessions are not the same as one-on-one, but people do report really great outcomes.
Can Charlie help with anxiety or depression?
Charlie authored Human Medicine, a book offering tools to support emotional healing. The sessions may complement this work, but results vary by individual.
Can Charlie help with a specific medical condition?
Charlie works on a broad range of conditions but does not guarantee specific outcomes. Healing results differ from person to person.
Can Charlie assist with medication withdrawal?
Charlie does not provide medical advice. Please work closely with your healthcare provider for guidance when managing medications.
What if the healing doesn’t work for me?
Healing is not guaranteed for everyone, and Charlie never promises outcomes. People do report really great outcomes, but some may not notice improvement.
Are events by donation?
Yes. Most events operate on a donation basis, allowing you to give what feels right to you. Certain events may have a fixed price, however, discount requests are available.
How can I make a donation to Charlie’s work?
You can contribute during event registration or via the website’s donation page.

Charlie welcomes your stories. You can share reflections on Facebook after events or email support@charliegoldsmith.com.
Can I request a private healing session with Charlie?
Charlie is currently unavailable for private one-on-one sessions.
However, he regularly hosts Group Healing Events that are accessible worldwide and open to anyone who would like to participate.
In addition, Charlie is building a platform designed to identify and support genuinely talented healers through structured testing. The goal is to make sessions available with practitioners who have demonstrated real, measurable ability.

How can I receive healing from Charlie?

Does Charlie need to know my specific healing needs?
No. Focus your intention before sessions—no need to contact Charlie directly.
Can I benefit from recorded sessions?
Many people report that watching event recordings is helpful.
Can Charlie pray for me or someone else?
Charlie’s healing energy extends to all participants during sessions regardless of specific information.
How do I sign up for an event?
Book tickets on the Events page via Eventbrite. Register early, as events fill quickly.
When is the next event?
Check the Events page regularly or subscribe to Charlie’s mailing list for updates.
What time is the event in my local time?
Eventbrite adjusts times automatically to your time zone. You may also use online time zone converters.
Are events held in languages other than English?
Currently, events are in English only, with live translated subtitles available on Zoom.
What platform is used for events?
Events use Zoom, accessed via the Eventbrite platform.
Do I need to install Zoom?
If joining via mobile, download the Zoom app. Desktop users can join through a web browser.
How do I get the Zoom event link?
Access Zoom through your Eventbrite Online Event Page via the “View Event” button in confirmation emails.
What if I join late or wait in a Zoom waiting room?
Join 10–15 minutes early. Late arrivals will be admitted when possible.
Is video required during events?
No. You can keep your camera off.
Are events by donation?
Yes, online group healing events are. Donate what feels right during registration.
I’m new to these events. What do I do?
Purchase your ticket at least two days before the event for all instructions and links. Prepare a quiet and comfortable space.
I don’t know how to use Zoom.
Visit zoom.us support for detailed help and tutorials.
I can’t find my ticket or confirmation email.
Check your inbox and spam folder for an email from Eventbrite titled “Event Receipt.” Contact support@charliegoldsmith.com if you need help.
I forgot my Eventbrite password.
Reset it using Eventbrite’s “Forgot Password” feature on their login page.
I can’t access the live event page when the session starts.
Ensure you’re logged into Eventbrite with your purchase email and use the latest browser version. Contact support if problems persist.
I don’t have any sound during the event.
Check your volume and audio device settings. Try leaving and rejoining the session.
Are recordings available after the event?
Yes, recordings are accessible to ticket holders on Eventbrite for four weeks, then added to the Energy Teaching Library on the website.
Can I watch recordings on Facebook?
No, recordings are not posted on Facebook.
I can’t find the recording.
You will receive an email when the recording is ready. Recordings are also available in your Eventbrite account under Past Orders.
Can I watch the recording on the Eventbrite App?
No. Recordings must be watched through your internet browser. Copy and paste the link into your browser to access the online event page.
What is the Ennie app?
A private platform that connects energy healers and healing recipients to collect feedback and identify effective healers.
Who can be a healer?
Anyone can join, regardless of experience or training, and use any healing style.
Who can be a user?
People with symptoms that may change quickly during or after sessions.
How is privacy protected?
No photos, video, or direct contact between users and healers. You can delete your data anytime.
Are sessions live or group-based?
Currently, only 1:1 sessions are conducted. Group sessions may be added later.
Is it free?
Yes, testing is free for all participants.
Will Charlie participate?
Yes. Charlie tests anonymously like other healers.
What is Human Medicine?
A practical guide to understanding and working with your emotions, grounded in Charlie’s teachings.
Where can I get it?
Available on Amazon (paperback, hardcover, Kindle) and as an audiobook on Spotify (free with Premium).
Do I need to have taken Charlie’s course to read it?
No, the book stands alone and is a great starting point.
Is it a medical book?
No. It is an educational, inspirational book not intended to replace professional medical advice.
I’ve been contacted by someone claiming to be Charlie. Is this real?
Charlie never asks for money directly. Block and report any suspicious contacts.
